Land Size: Approx. 1 acre
Building Size – Inline or Freestanding: 6,000 to 7,000 SF
Minimum store frontage 50'
Traffic Count: 20,000 + per day.
Population Base: Generally 50,000 people in trade area.
Parking Requirements: Min. 28 spaces

Store Acquisitions

One of Advance Auto Parts' goals is to own more of its stores. Thus, we would be interested in speaking with existing landlords about buying the stores in which we are currently tenants.
